LA Man Who Doxxed ICE Agents, Revealed Raid Locations Now Faces Potential Charges
A Los Angeles man who was using his X account to expose the identities and locations of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which led to targeted violence aimed at stopping immigration enforcement actions, indicated that he may soon be facing criminal charges.
Jack Quillin has been identified as the alleged owner of the “LAScanner” X page, provided rioters with a real-time map of ICE staging areas and raid targets as they occurred.
Federal agents were initially attacked by rioters while conducting immigration enforcement operations in the Los Angeles fashion district on Friday night, when a large mob descended on their position and proceeded to attack. The agents were later surrounded in a federal building while the Los Angeles Police Department took more than two hours to respond.
Coordinated attacks continued on Saturday, when federal agents came under sustained assault while gearing up for a raid in the community of Paramount. Several ICE agents were injured when rioters pelted large rocks at moving vehicles, causing windshields to completely shatter.

In addition to exposing the locations of federal staging areas and raid targets, the LAScanner account also doxxed individual agents themselves. This includes identities, home addresses, names of family members and their current hotel rooms.
Quillin, who has a felony stalking conviction on his record, appeared to admit that he was running the account before deactivating it on Saturday night. Before he did so, Quillin attempted to walk back his days-long doxxing campaign by claiming he wasn’t trying to incite violence.
“LA25 riots are getting WILD,” LAScanner posted last night as the third consecutive day of rioting in Downtown Los Angeles escalated. “I genuinely hope this doesn’t end in anybody losing their life — but it’s starting to feel like it might,” he wrote in another post before returning to regular doxxing activity.
“If this account gets banned, you can stay updated by following my personal page, @JackQuillinTV,” he wrote in another post linking to his personal X page, which has since been set to private.

As rioters continued to hurl large boulders and molotov cocktails at LA County Sheriff’s officers from an overpass above the Route 101 Freeway, Quillin deactivated the LaScanner account and suggested that he will soon be facing criminal charges.
“I want to issue a formal apology. I should not have posted the locations of ICE raids, and I will no longer do so. I’ve contacted the authorities to take responsibility, and they are currently reviewing my account to determine if any laws were broken,” Quillin said. “If it’s found that I have violated the law, I will cooperate fully and turn myself in.”
He went on to claim that he is now on the receiving end of the same doxxing tactics he unleashed on others. “To anyone I may have put at risk, I sincerely apologize. That was never my intention.”
The deletion comes as new details continue to emerge about the origin and funding sources of the sustained riots plaguing Los Angeles County.
One of the biggest groups accused of leading the riots is a taxpayer-funded activist organization, and another is linked to the Chinese Communist Party, according to a report from Data Republican.
The latter, the Coalition of Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), received tens of millions of dollars in government grants while Joe Biden was president. CHIRLA staged a rally last week, coming out strong against the Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations arresting illegal migrants all over the city, which included individuals convicted of horrific, violent crimes.
