Longtime Fox News Colleagues Clash In ‘Lewd,’ High-Profile Squabble On X

A high-profile feud between longtime Fox News alumni Megyn Kelly and Mark Levin blew up over the weekend, after Levin called Kelly “evil” and “diabolical” and she responded with a crude jab that lit up X.

The flare-up started after Kelly shared an X post from Drop Site News co-founder Ryan Grim noting that the terror suspect behind last week’s synagogue bombing in Michigan lost his nephew and niece in a recent Israeli strike. Levin ripped her for sharing it, branding Kelly “evil” and “diabolical” for even amplifying Grim’s post.

Kelly fired back on X, “I’m sorry you have a micro penis but don’t drag the rest of us into your drama.”

The clash is the latest escalation in months of sniping between the two, tied to a broader rift among conservative media figures over Israel, Iran, Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens. Kelly has criticized the U.S. and Israeli war in Iran and has resisted pressure to denounce allies like Carlson and Owens. Levin has been one of Israel’s most forceful defenders in conservative media and has repeatedly blasted Carlson and Owens.

Levin followed up Sunday with a scorched-earth post aimed at Kelly.

“Poor Megyn Kelly. An emotionally unhinged, lewd, and petulant wreck,” Levin wrote. “She’s completely revealed and destroyed herself.

“She’s everything people say she is, but much worse. Never an intelligent, thoughtful, or substantive comment. Utterly toxic.”

Kelly did not back off. She doubled down Sunday and compared Levin’s online attacks to past stalkers she’s dealt with.

The fight has spilled into the wider conservative ecosystem, where Ben Shapiro has tried to draw clearer ideological lines as debates over Iran and Israel turn into loyalty tests. For a time, Kelly attempted to stay neutral, keeping relationships with both Carlson and Shapiro, who has largely been aligned with Levin.

But late last year, Shapiro criticized Kelly by name at TurningPointUSA’s America Fest over her refusal to denounce Owens, who has been pushing conspiracy theories about Erika Kirk being involved with her late husband’s murder. Shapiro has argued his dispute with Kelly stems from that refusal.

Kelly has said she won’t be bullied into public denunciations and has argued that skepticism toward Israel’s actions is being treated as a disqualifier by the Levin-Shapiro wing.

The Iran war has only poured fuel on the infighting. Over the weekend, Carlson claimed the CIA read his text messages with Iranian officials and said he feared possible foreign agent charges. Owens responded with a warning of her own: “If they come for Tucker, we ride at dawn. Really nothing else to say here. We’re not doing the gulags 2.0 with these Bolshevik descendants,” Owens declared.
