Melania Trump Turns Heads In Rare Public Appearance
Former First Lady Melania Trump was spotted for the first time in weeks leaving Trump Tower and carrying a suitcase, leaving fans perplexed about where she could be headed, and why.
Video of Melania’s entourage obtained by the New York Post shows the wife of former President Donald Trump garbed in a light brown jumpsuit and carrying a single bag with Secret Service agents in tow. Her son Barron, 18, appeared alongside her wearing a crisp blue suit and white shirt. The two jumped into a waiting dark SUV before the entourage took off to an unknown destination. The Post added in its report that the vehicles contained at least seven Louis Vuitton luggage pieces and multiple garments containing Barron’s initials.

The trip was rumored to be a quick one to President Trump’s residence in Bedminster, New Jersey, relieving Melania of home confinement ever since her husband was convicted on 34 felony counts in his Manhattan trial. Barron, who recently graduated from high school and is prepared to enter college in the fall, will be spending the summer participating in President Trump’s campaign starting next month at the Republican National Convention.
Speaking with “Fox & Friends” earlier this week, President Trump said his wife is “fine” but that the trial had been “very hard for her.”
“It’s tougher, I think it’s probably in many ways, it’s tougher on my family than it is on me,” he said.
To make matters worse, the former first lady received unsolicited advice from Stormy Daniels, the porn star tangled up in the hush money case. In an interview with the UK’s Daily Mirror, she said Melania should leave her husband on the grounds “that he’s a convicted felon. That he’s proven to be abusive. He was found liable for assault,” she said, in reference to writer E. Jean Carroll’s case, in which Trump was found liable for sexual assault after she alleged that he raped her in a New York department store in the 1990s.
Melania’s last public appearance is believed to have been Barron’s graduation from a Florida prep school in May. Together with her husband, both took in the ceremony from the bleachers as the 6’7″ young man accepted his diploma before skating off to a university he has yet to select.
The troubles from Trump’s trial came during Melania’s birthday and in January lost her mother Amalija Knavs. “Her nurturing spirit had no limits, creating a legacy that will last for generations,” she said of the love her mother had for her grandson, Baron, “illuminating his world with love, tender care, and unwavering devotion.”
