Mike Lindell, the CEO of MyPillow and a supporter of former President Donald Trump, expressed his frustration regarding Fox News’ decision to halt airing MyPillow advertisements. In a detailed conversation with Steve Bannon, Lindell attributed the unexpected move to his outspoken support for Trump.
“Fox News has canceled MyPillow, and I don’t have the reasons why yet,” said Lindell. He then speculated that the cancellation might be linked to his brand’s association with Trump, saying, “They know my brand is branded right with our great real President Donald Trump.” He also mentioned his recent decision to bring Lou Dobbs into his network, pondering if that move might have played a role in Fox’s decision.
Lindell highlighted the substantial investment his company made in advertising on Fox News. “You give them $100 million a year, at least in the filings, to buy advertising,” he stated in disbelief at Fox News.
“Hundreds of millions of dollars,” Lindell reiterated.
Lindell’s concern extended beyond the immediate financial loss, touching on broader implications for MyPillow and the principle of free speech. “You go after a company because your CEO is concerned about helping save our country and secure our election platforms,” he lamented.
Lindell’s situation is seen by some as a disturbing sign of the times.
His relationship with Fox News has been complex and has evolved over time. Historically, Lindell, as the CEO of MyPillow, has been a major advertiser on Fox News. His company’s commercials were frequently aired on the network, making MyPillow one of the most prominent advertisers on Fox News.
However, this relationship faced challenges, particularly in the wake of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election. Lindell, a staunch supporter of former President Donald Trump, made several claims about the election being fraudulent. These claims led to a shift in the relationship between Lindell and various media outlets, including Fox News.
In response to his continued promotion of these claims, some networks, including Fox News, limited or ceased airing his commercials or having him as a guest. This led to a public disagreement between Lindell and Fox News, with Lindell criticizing the network for not supporting his claims about the election and for their decision to limit his presence on their platform.

I can't do anything further to harm them, already canceled Fox nation and got rid of cable to prevent people in the house from ever turning it on again. Disgusting.
