MTG Goes Nuclear After The View Laughs About “Murdering” Pro-Life Politicians

Actress and activist Jane Fonda made a controversial comment regarding abortion during an episode of The View on Friday. The 85-year-old star discussed her stance on pro-lifers and the importance of maintaining reproductive rights, stating, “We’re not going back. I don’t care what the laws are. We’re not going back.”

When asked what other actions she would suggest in addition to protesting, Fonda responded with a shocking remark: “Murder,” which caused a stir among the show’s hosts and viewers.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene slammed Fonda on Twitter and absolutely roasted her.

MTG wrote, “Unapologetic Pro-Life Politician here. I routinely get death threats because of the nasty women on The View and the things they say about me. But calling for us to be assassinated makes The View, the hosts, the producers, the network, the advertisers, and everyone involved responsible for death threats, attacks, and potential murders of Pro-Life politicians and activists.

I am reporting this. By the way, Jane Fonda, your eggs are dried up so you don’t have to worry about getting pregnant anytime soon, so you can retire from demanding baby murder now.”

Greene wasn’t the only one who was upset at Fonda’s comments.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna took this as no laughing matter as well. On Twitter, Luna wrote, “I have just notified Capitol Police of Jane Fonda’s call to murder pro-life politicians. I expect both Jane Fonda and TheView to issue public retractions for giving such repugnant behavior a platform.”

Her full statement read:

I have just notified Capitol Police of Jane Fonda’s call to murder pro-life politicians.

As I am a pro-life Member of Congress, and she did not retract or clarify that she was ‘joking’ with her statement, we are taking this threat as a serious one.

Jane Fonda and The View must issue a full retraction of Fonda’s sickening call to murder pro-life politicians and those who fight for the rights of unborn babies.

Calling for the murder of  pro-life politicians is not only dangerous but incredibly sick. This leads to targeting and could result in someone being hurt.

The View should be ashamed is condones violence, especially against female elected officials.
