Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) slammed President Joe Biden’s announcement of his reelection bid in a long tweet posted Tuesday.

In a launch video published this morning, Biden accused ‘MAGA extremists’ of attacking personal freedoms and cutting social security while giving tax cuts to the wealthy in a launch video. Greene’s tweet in response challenges this narrative by presenting a list of “Extreme MAGA” policies that she believes are in line with American values, such as prioritizing national security, economic prosperity, and individual freedoms.

“Joe Biden is running to stop Extreme MAGA Republicans, so let’s define what extreme MAGA Republican policies are,” Greene wrote:

Extremely secure borders.

Extremely low crime.

Extremely good education for our kids.

Extremely good economy.

Extremely strong dollar.

Extremely America First energy and extremely low energy prices.

Extremely low foreign aid, as in none.

Extremely affordable food and cost of living.

Extremely pushing for world peace with an extremely strong military.

Extremely supports only two genders because we extremely support the truth.

Extremely protecting biological girls and women’s rights including women’s sports and Title IX.

Extremely protecting American’s rights and freedoms such as free speech and our 2A.

Extremely draining the swamp, extremely destroying the deep state, and extremely opposing globalists.

Extreme MAGA Republicans will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. Extremely GREAT! Which will make Americans extremely free, extremely wealthy, and extremely happy!

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) also criticized Biden’s announcement, suggesting that he is not fit to lead the country. “Finish what job, destroying America?” Johnson wrote.

Biden also faces resistance within his own party.

Yesterday, NBC revealed a poll showing that a staggering 53% of those who voted for Biden in the previous election cycle do not think he should run again.

As the 2024 presidential election approaches, it remains to be seen whether Biden can unite the Democratic party and win over voters with his message of opposing right-wing extremism.

Meanwhile, Greene and other Republican leaders are highlighting their own vision for the country, one that emphasizes conservative values and a commitment to “Making America Great Again.”
