MUST-SEE: Trump Unveils Renderings, Location For His Presidential Library
Eric Trump is pulling back the curtain on what could become one of the most eye-catching presidential libraries in the country, a gleaming waterfront monument to his father in the heart of Miami, Florida.
The son of Donald Trump dropped a slick video on X Monday showing off the first renderings of the planned presidential library and museum, a glass-heavy tower rising over Biscayne Bay with the Trump name glowing near the top.
“Over the past six months, I have poured my heart and soul into this project with my incredible team at Trump,” Eric Trump wrote on March 30. “This landmark on the water in Miami, Florida, will stand as a lasting testament to an amazing man, an amazing developer, and the greatest President our Nation has ever known. These images have never been seen by the public — until today. Enjoy!”
The nearly two-minute clip shows a towering, modern structure looming over downtown Miami, with dramatic shots of a gold-toned entrance, a presidential seal, and a statue out front. Inside, the plans appear to include recreations of the Oval Office and the controversial East Wing ballroom Trump has been building at the White House. Air Force One features prominently throughout the video.
Trump himself later boosted the video on Truth Social.

The design is credited to Bermello Ajamil, though it remains unclear whether artificial intelligence played a role in generating the visuals.
The proposed site sits along Biscayne Boulevard on more than 10 vacant lots currently used as parking, according to county records. The iconic Freedom Tower can be seen in the background of the renderings.
Property filings show the land is owned by the “Donald J. Trump Pres. Library Foundation,” a registered public charity based out of Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, Florida.
The project got a major boost late last year when the board of trustees at Miami-Dade College voted Dec. 2 to donate the roughly 2.6-acre site for the library. The land was first transferred to the state of Florida before being handed over to the foundation.
