NEW: Americans Warned To Brace For ‘Thousands’ Of Far-Left Riots Across The Country

Americans are being urged to brace for a wave of far-left May Day demonstrations that organizers say will span the country, with some schools and workplaces already preparing for disruptions.

Roughly 600 groups with a combined $2 billion in annual revenue are tied to organizing an estimated 6,000 events nationwide for May Day, according to reports tracking the activist network behind the effort. Organizers are calling for people to skip work, school and shopping for “Workers Over Billionaires” demonstrations, with large turnouts expected in Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and Minneapolis.

Chapters of the Democratic Socialists of America are among the groups leading the push, alongside organizations including the People’s Forum, Party for Socialism and Liberation, ANSWER Coalition and Code Pink.

The activist network has also drawn scrutiny over alleged links to funding from American-born tech tycoon Neville Roy Singham, who is based in Shanghai and has been associated with promoting Chinese Communist Party messaging.

Concerns have grown about coordination between explicitly pro-communist and pro-socialist groups and traditionally Democratic-aligned organizations, including nonprofits Indivisible and MoveOn.org, as well as the American Federation of Teachers. Reports also indicate at least 13 state and local Democratic Party chapters, including the California Democratic Party, have ties to supporting May Day events.

One early flashpoint is Wisconsin, where a school closure became a political fight in the hours leading into the May Day demonstrations.

The Madison Metropolitan School District closed on Friday as activists mobilized for May Day. In a message posted on its website, the district said: “Our Madison Teachers Inc. (MTI) partners recently shared that they received 70% of staff signatures supporting participation in ‘A Day without Immigrants’ as part of the May Day Strong national day of action,” the district noted in a message on its website about the school cancellation.

MTI is a teachers’ union.

Wisconsin Moms for Liberty activist Scarlett Johnson criticized the closure during an appearance on Fox & Friends.

“I’m in shock,” Johnson said. “Although maybe I shouldn’t be considering the history of the Madison Metropolitan School District.”

She added: “They are not just indoctrinating the kids in the classroom. They are encouraging actively for students to leave the classroom and go march in the streets with teachers, with administrators,” she claimed.

Johnson also said: “And make no mistake about it: This entire rally, this May Day, Friday May 1st … this is an anti-capitalist, anti-Trump movement, and they’re using our kids as political pawns,” she said.

Meanwhile, Fox News Digital reporter Asra Nomani described a deeper network of groups and labor unions behind May Day mobilization in Washington, pointing to posters and organizing materials she said she saw at a socialist hub in the capital.

“What is a liberation center? There are about 30 of them across the country. And they are headquarters for the Party for Socialism and Liberation. Which is a little bit misleading in its name because in fact, they are self-declared communists,” Nomani said.

Nomani said posters included logos for multiple unions, including “the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the Amalgamated Transit Workers Union, the AFL-CIO [American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations], the Washington Teachers Union and others.” She said the materials also promoted anti-ICE messaging and May Day events.

“So what you see then in just this one poster is this ecosystem of the far left organizations that you’re gonna see unfold later today,” she added. “We’re gonna keep teaching you about what is happening in America. These concepts like malign foreign influence, agitation propaganda, and the cognitive warfare that is happening in America.”

With thousands of events planned and multiple major cities flagged for large demonstrations, local officials and communities across the country are watching closely for disruptions and any signs that protests could spill over into unrest.
