NEW: Hunter Biden Melts Down After Melania Fires Back With Jaw-Dropping Lawsuit

A foul-mouthed Hunter Biden fired back at Melania Trump after she threatened to sue him for $1 billion because he claimed she met her husband through Jeffrey Epstein.

A letter from the first lady’s legal team this week accused Hunter of making “false, defamatory, disparaging, and inflammatory” comments about her marriage to President Donald Trump.

In a recent interview, vlogger Andrew Callaghan asked Hunter if he would like to apologize to Melania for his initial accusation.

“F**k that. That’s not gonna happen,” Hunter Biden said, laughing about the possibility of a lawsuit.

Fox News reported on Wednesday that the first lady, through her lawyers, is demanding a public apology and retraction or else Hunter will be hit with a $1 billion suit — and potentially worse legal action.

The dispute stems from Hunter’s first interview with Callaghan on Aug. 5, where he states that Epstein introduced Melania to Trump during the heyday of their friendship.

Almost immediately, attorneys for Melania denounced the interview as “false, defamatory, disparaging, and inflammatory,” as well as “extremely salacious.”

Alejandro Brito, Melania’s attorney, wrote to Hunter and his longtime attorney, Abbe Lowell, to demand that he “immediately retract the false, defamatory, disparaging and inflammatory statements made about Mrs. Trump.”

“Failure to comply will leave Mrs. Trump with no choice but to pursue any and all legal rights and remedies available to her to recover the overwhelming financial and reputational harm that you have caused her to suffer,” Brito wrote.

In his first interview with Callaghan, titled “Hunter Biden Returns,” the son of Joe Biden declares that Epstein “introduced Melania to Trump. The connections are, like, so wide and deep.”

Biden also claimed, “Jeffrey Epstein introduced Melania, that’s how Melania and the first lady and the president met.”

Brito wrote, “[T]he Video has since been re-published by various media outlets, journalists, and political commentators with millions of social media followers that have disseminated the false and defamatory statements therein to tens of millions of people worldwide.”

“Consequently, you have caused Mrs. Trump to suffer overwhelming financial and reputational harm,” the attorney concluded, per the Western Journal.

Hunter is the second source attempting to tie Melania to Epstein. Earlier this month, the Daily Beast was forced to retract a story with similar claims after receiving a similar threat of litigation from the first lady’s attorney.

“After this story was published, The Beast received a letter from First Lady Melania Trump’s attorney challenging the headline and framing of the article,” reads an editor’s note in place of the story.

“After reviewing the matter, the Beast has taken down the article and apologizes for any confusion or misunderstanding,” it added.
