NEW: Infamous Biden Official Accused Of Sexual Misconduct

The infamous Biden official at the center of the former president’s health scandal has been accused of sexual misconduct by one of President Donald Trump’s closest advisors, claiming the medical chief was “very immature” for letting his gross humor get the best of him.

Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), who served as Trump’s White House physician during his first term, has accused Dr. Kevin O’Connor, President Joe Biden’s top doctor, of inappropriate sexual misconduct during his time in the White House. O’Connor is also currently battling allegations that he failed to properly diagnose Biden’s mental, and possibly physical, decline during his annual comprehensive exam in February 2024.

While working for the Obama administration, Jackson was required to sign off on O’Connor’s evaluations and fitness reports about Biden. Recently, the Texas lawmaker said he considered firing O’Connor for a “variety of reasons,” not least among those “some very inappropriate behavior on his part.”

According to Jackson, O’Connor had a habit of playing sophomoric jokes on colleagues, taking their phones when they weren’t looking and placing them in his pants while rubbing them against his groin. Sometimes he would make sexually crude comments that offended female colleagues, Jackson went on.

He did not identify any of the female co-workers who were allegedly present during the misconduct, nor did he identify the dates or locations where they took place.

Attempting to fire O’Connor at the time would have been an “be an exercise in futility,” he said on Monday.

“Because if I had gotten rid of him,” Jackson stated, “it was made very clear to me that I would be immediately getting a phone call from President Obama telling me, ‘What are you doing? Joe Biden’s upset. You need to hire this guy back or you need to stop this. You can’t get rid of this guy.’”

The “sexually inappropriate comments and little things” that O’Connor found funny became a real headache for Jackson, then the head of the White House medical unit.

“This is like something you would see a 12-year-old boy do,” he told the Daily Caller, “but one of the things he would do — and I’ve seen him do it several times — is he would meet people for the first time, and he would ask them for their phone. And they would give him their phone, and he would stick their phone in his pants in the area where his groin’s at, then give them their phone back. And he thought that was absolutely hilarious. And most people were just astonished — they were just kind of like, ‘What’s going on here?'”

After serving in the Obama administration, O’Connor became Biden’s top doctor during his four years in the Oval Office, bringing the two men closer than ever before. O’Connor also served as his personal physician during the prior four years.

Critics have claimed that the familial bond between Biden and O’Connor likely put a strain on by-the-book pronouncements about presidential health, especially while Biden was facing renewed questions about his vitality and vigor.

O’Connor, a former U.S. Army surgeon affectionately nicknamed “Doc” by Biden, previously worked with James Biden, the embattled brother who received a last-minute pardon. The two reportedly partnered up on a venture capital deal to develop a rural hospital.

The since-bankrupt operation came apart following allegations of fraud by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
