New Photos Emerge Of Jacob Chansley After He Was Moved To Halfway House
The “QAnon Shaman” Jacob Chansley was spotted outside of a federally-operated Phoenix halfway house after being moved there following 27 months of prison time.
Chansley was sentenced to just under three and a half years total but will remain at the halfway house until May 25. The J6 political prisoner was photographed smiling while wearing headphones and holding a large tumbler.

Chansley is being held at the Phoenix Residential Reentry Center, which is capable of holding 70 individuals in it.
It appears Chansley is being released before his sentence is up due to “recent changes” in the First Step Act. The US Bureau of Prisons, while not commenting on Chansley’s case specifically, told CBS correspondent Scott MacFarlane that “recent changes have been made regarding First Step Act assessments such that the 28-day assessment will count as the first, and that an inmate will be able to earn 15 days after two assessments rather than three.”
“These additional time credits were calculated during the last scheduled application rollout in March 2023. therefore, these changes will allow inmates to earn the extra 5 days of time credit for every 30-day period,” they added.
