Meanwhile J-Lo, at 54, is making headlines for her recent real estate ventures in Los Angeles. Spotted evaluating a property just this Tuesday, she started speculation about her intentions. However, insiders close to Lopez were quick to clarify that her interest is purely in the realm of investment, according to TMZ. Whether seeking a new family home or expanding her portfolio, Lopez’s actions suggest she’s crafting a future as dynamic as her career.

“Jen and Ben are having issues in their marriage,” an insider said to Us Weekly. “They started having issues a few months ago as Jen had started ramping up work commitments and prepping for her tour. Jen is very focused on work. They are on two completely different pages most of the time.”
