NEW: Rogue Anti-Trump Judge Exposed For Close Ties To Democrat Leaders

A federal judge who just blocked President Donald Trump’s latest immigration enforcement measures is now under scrutiny for his wife’s deep connections to far-left political circles and Democrat operatives. The judge’s spouse, Jacinta Ma, has a long history of advocating for open borders, opposing Trump’s immigration policies, and working within the Biden administration.

Natalie Winters, a political investigative journalist, uncovered Jacinta Ma’s extensive ties to pro-amnesty organizations and Democrat fundraising networks. Most notably, Ma previously served as Vice President of Policy and Advocacy at the National Immigration Forum (NIF), an organization that aggressively lobbies against border security, ICE raids, and deportation efforts.

The group has been a vocal proponent of mass amnesty for illegal immigrants. Further fueling concerns, reports indicate that NIF is heavily funded by George Soros’s Open Society Foundations, a globalist entity notorious for bankrolling radical left-wing initiatives.

A resurfaced funding disclosure revealed that Soros’s foundation was the group’s largest financial backer, raising further questions about Ma’s political motivations. On Monday, Ma’s husband, U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang, issued a targeted restraining order preventing the Trump administration from executing immigration enforcement actions, such as raids and arrests, at specific places of worship.Image

The order, which contrasts with broader nationwide orders seen recently, pertains only to the religious facilities of certain Quaker, Baptist, and Sikh groups that filed a lawsuit against policy changes by the administration. The changes involved rescinding previous Biden-era protections on “sensitive” sites like churches, schools, and hospitals. Judge Chuang, appointed by President Barack Obama, argued in his 59-page opinion that the policy change compromised the religious freedom of the affected congregations.

“The [Trump administration] policy is far from speculative and is already occurring,” Chuang wrote Monday. “It is reasonable to expect that such enforcement actions will occur at Plaintiffs’ place of worship where DHS specifically stated in its press release announcing the 2025 policy that ‘criminals will no longer be able to hide in America’s schools and churches to avoid arrest.’”

Ma’s political affiliations do not stop at NIF. She has a track record of government roles under Democratic administrations, including serving as a senior advisor at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) during the Obama years.

When Joe Biden assumed office, she was appointed Director of the Office of Communications and Legislative Affairs at the EEOC, where she pushed “anti-racism” and diversity initiatives that aligned with progressive policies. Public donation records also reveal Ma has contributed financially to Democratic candidates 24 times, including direct donations to President Trump’s opponents.

According to Winters, the judge’s spouse is not just a passive observer in leftist circles—she is an active political player.

Presidents have the power to set the number of refugees the U.S. will accept each year, and Trump has established record lows every year he’s been in office. The refugee cap fell from 110,000 in President Barack Obama’s final year in office to 50,000 during Trump’s first year, ultimately dropping to a historic low of 15,000 in October 2020.

In past statements, Ma openly criticized Trump’s immigration policies, including his effort to exclude illegal aliens from the U.S. Census count. In a USA Today article, she laid out strategies for reversing Trump’s border policies and encouraged Biden to “immediately raise the refugee cap through executive order.”

In the article, Ma herself proposed a rapid solution, stating that Biden would bypass the standard process and immediately raise the refugee cap through an executive order. Her advocacy for such sweeping policy changes has exposed her deep involvement in shaping immigration policies to align with left-wing interests.
