NEW: Trump-MTG Feud Deepens As He Reveals Her New Nickname

Former President Donald Trump torched Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene on Monday, unloading on his one-time ally after her headline-grabbing “60 Minutes” interview and demanding CBS apologize for putting her on the air.

“The only reason Marjorie ‘Traitor’ Brown (Green turns Brown under stress!) went BAD is that she was JILTED by the President of the United States (Certainly not the first time she has been jilted!),” Trump posted just before 9:30 a.m. ET. He accused Greene of pushing “really BAD” ideas and added, “She sort of reminds me of a Rotten Apple!”

Trump’s gripe didn’t stop at Greene. He blasted the network itself, now under new ownership tied to Oracle billionaire Larry Ellison, saying the show is no better than it was under its previous management.

“My real problem with the show, however, wasn’t the low IQ traitor, it was that the new ownership of 60 Minutes, Paramount, would allow a show like this to air,” he wrote. He claimed he was “paid millions of Dollars for FAKE REPORTING” in a previous dispute with the program.

“Since they bought it, 60 Minutes has actually gotten WORSE! Oh well, far worse things can happen,” Trump added, before insisting, “P.S. I hereby demand a complete and total APOLOGY, though far too late to be meaningful, from Lesley Stahl and 60 Minutes for her incorrect and Libelous statements about Hunter’s Laptop!!!”

Greene fired back within an hour, posting a comparison of Trump’s fundraising from AIPAC to her own zero dollars. “I AM AMERICA FIRST. Thank you for your attention to this matter. -MTG,” she wrote.

The Georgia Republican used her interview to accuse GOP lawmakers of trash-talking Trump behind his back. “I watched many of my colleagues go from making fun of him… making fun of how he talks, making fun of me constantly for supporting him,” Greene said. “When he won the primary in 2024, they all started, excuse my language, kissing his a**, and decided to put on a MAGA hat for the first time.”

Greene also claimed Trump’s public attacks on her triggered death threats against her family. The feud escalated as she criticized him for prioritizing foreign issues over domestic problems and complained about a lack of Republican policy plans on health care.

The breaking point came when Trump said he wouldn’t back her re-election bid. Rather than risk a pro-Trump challenger, she announced an early retirement in a four-page letter and 10-minute video, blaming threats and what she called a political machine hostile to everyday Americans.

Despite her announcement of her exit, Trump kept swinging. “Marjorie is not AMERICA FIRST or MAGA, because nobody could have changed her views so fast, and her new views are those of a very dumb person,” he posted.

During the “60 Minutes” interview, Greene sparred with host Lesley Stahl over who contributed to today’s toxic political climate. Stahl pointed out, “But you contributed to that. You. You, you were out there pounding, insulting people.”

Greene fired back. “Lesley, you’ve contributed to it as well. You’re accusatory, just like you did just then,” she said. When Stahl claimed, “I don’t insult people,” Greene quickly responded, “You do. The way you question. You’re accusing me right now.”
