Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake is not backing down after an Arizona judge ruled against her election fraud lawsuit.

The Hill is reporting that an Arizona judge has officially rejected Kari Lake’s attempt to challenge the results of her 2022 midterms “loss” to Katie Hobbs.

Here’s the scoop from The Hill:

An Arizona judge ruled against Kari Lake in her challenge of Gov.-elect Katie Hobbs’s (D) victory, dismissing the highest-profile case challenging the midterm election results.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson following a two-day trial found that Lake had not proven that election officials committed intentional misconduct sufficient to change the race’s outcome.

Lake, who lost to Hobbs by about 17,000 votes, had alleged election officials in Maricopa County intentionally sabotaged her victory by causing Election Day printer malfunctions and violating chain of custody procedures.

Shortly after the announcement was made, Lake took to Twitter and told her followers that she would be appealing the ruling.

“My Election Case provided the world with evidence that proves our elections are run outside of the law,” Lake tweeted. “This Judge did not rule in our favor. However, for the sake of restoring faith and honesty in our elections, I will appeal his ruling.”

During the trial on Thursday, pollster Rich Baris testified that voter disenfranchisement was so bad that Lake would have most likely won if tabulator issues had not taken place on Election Day.

“In my professional opinion, the amount of election day voters that we’re talking about here with the margin, would have changed the outcome of the race, and the number is substantial enough to have changed who the overall winner was in this race,” Baris asserted.

“Now, are you saying that plaintiff Kari Lake would have won this race, but for the election Day chaos?” Baris was asked.

“I have no doubt. I believe it that strongly. It’s my opinion, yes,” Baris added.

Lake’s trial also got off to a fiery start on Wednesday as the governor candidate brought forward bombshell evidence of election fraud.

According Lake’s legal team, 42.5% of examined ballots in Maricopa County for the 2022 governor’s race were illegitimate. Lake’s trial began on Wednesday were she is attempting to prove that wide scale fraud took place in Maricopa County on election day.

The Lake War Room tweeted on Wednesday that 48 of the 113 ballots that were reviewed during examination were “19-inch ballots produced on 20-inch paper,”

“This one-inch discrepancy cause chaos on Election day. Causing the mass rejection of these votes as they were attempted to be read through the tabulators,” the Kari Lake War Room tweeted.

In a separate tweet, the Lake War Room wrote, “This Is how they disenfranchised Maricopa County voters on Election Day. The ballots were designed to be unable to be read through the machines. This wasn’t an error. It was malice. The process worked exactly as they intended it to.”

One commenter on Twitter noted that there was no way the improper ballot size could have been because of “error.”

“The expert testified there are only 2 ways for the 19 inch image to have bee projected onto the 20 in ballot which would cause tabulator errors. Both methods require an administrator to change. This could not have happened by chance or error. It was fraud.”

The Lake War Room added context with video footage of the trial: “The Co-Elections Director for Maricopa County refuses to accept responsibility for the countywide failures on Election Day. Falsely asserts the people impacted by problems at voting centers could simply “go somewhere else.” It’s not that easy. But he knows that.”

Check out what the Post Millennial reported:

The race between Hobbs and Lake was decided by less than 18,000 votes, with the Democratic candidate winning 1,287,891 votes to Lake’s 1,270,774. The counts put forward by Lake’s team contest her loss. Most counts were thrown out by Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson, with 8 being tossed while two counts were allowed to proceed. Those counts deal with alleged intentional misconduct.

Lake told Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest on Tuesday that this marked a “huge win” for her legal team, saying, “we got great news. We’re taking these b*stards to trial!” Adding that Hobbs would take the stand in the trial.

It was later announced by Lake’s attorneys that they had withdrawn the subpoena for Hobbs to testify.

“Maricopa County wants you to believe that they are so incompetent that all of the problems on Election Day can be written off as mistakes.

“Would that make it any better? Is the election better run by clowns and not crooks? This was no accident. And we’re done with the circus,” the Lake War Room would go on to tweet.
