Following the FBI’s ridiculous, obviously biased raid on former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, many actual conservatives have turned on the FBI, finally waking up to the fact that it’s just a biased Deep State organization full of leftist hacks, not a patriotic “thin blue line” between civilization and anarchy.
Well, as could be expected, RINO, Trump-hating Congressman Dan Crenshaw decided to buck the more realistic members of his party and side with the Deep State FBI.
Appearing on CNN (because of course he would appear there), Crenshaw spoke with Jake Tapper about the “Defund the FBI” movement within the GOP, lumping together the conservatives that want to do that with the radical Dems that want to defund local law enforcement agencies, one of the few groups that still does good work.
Crenshaw’s comment came when Tapper, setting him up to attack his fellow Republicans, brought up Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and said:
“I think a lot of Justice Department people would take issue with your descriptions, but I’m not here to defend the Justice Department. I do want to note that your criticism is fairly measured. I can’t say the same about every Republican in Congress.

“And you’ve been willing to criticize them. Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, one of your favorites, who called to defund the FBI after the raid. Federal prosecutors charged a Pennsylvania man, that armed man tried to enter the FBI office in Ohio. There’s a Republican congressional contact, Carl Paladino who said Attorney General Merrick Garland should be executed. That rhetoric, I’m sure, bothers you.“
Of course it does, as Crenshaw’s just a Deep State hack with an eyepatch, or “eyepatch McCain” as some call him.
And he swallowed Tapper’s bait hook, line, and sinker, saying:
“Yes, it’s crazy. And it makes us seem like extremist Democrats. So Marjorie and AOC can defund the club if they want. 99% of Republicans are not on that train. We want transparency and the criticisms we’re leveling against the FBI and DoJ are fully warranted. It’s not those criticisms that lead to a crazy partner attacking an FBI –”
Oh but they are, Dan. Over half of America, including over 70 percent of Republicans, view the FBI as Joe Biden’s “personal Gestapo“.
They might, and indeed probably do, support local law enforcement officers and respect their local sheriff. But when it comes to the FBI, particularly following its involvement in the Russia Hoa through Crossfire Hurricane and its suspicious, obviously partisan raid on Mar-a-Lago, Republicans are not fans of those Deep State hacks.
Crenshaw likes to present himself as the voice of the “real Republicans” and pretend that he’s principled. He’s not. He’s just a Deep State hack unwilling to confront that what he stands for is the same horrid beast that is oppressing conservatives and attacking the MAGA movement, the last real hope of America, with all its might.
