Speaking during a rally in support of Ohio’s GOP Senate candidate, J.D. Vance, former President Donald Trump sounded off on the Biden Administration’s immigration policy. Ringing the alarm bell and sounding a dire warning about the state of the border situation under Biden, Trump boldly declared that “our country is being invaded.”
Speaking on that point of invasion, Trump said: “We no longer have a border. Our country is being invaded. It’s an invasion by millions of illegal aliens.” Continuing and commenting on the effects of both that invasion and the disastrously bad governance of America under the Biden regime, Trump added “The economy is crashing. Your 401(k) is collapsing,” Trump told the crowd. “Shooting, stabbings, rapes, carjackings are skyrocketing.”
The “invasion” point echoes a similar message of urgency Trump pushed about the border situation in 2018 as he labored against the pro-illegal immigration left and RINOs in trying to correct that situation, tweeting: “We cannot allow all of these people to invade our country.”
Adding to that at the time and arguing that America need to quickly and efficiently deal with giving illegals the boot from the US, Trump said: “When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came. Our system is a mockery to good immigration policy and Law and Order.”
Trump also spoke about Vance during the rally, which was ostensibly meant to support Vance, saying that he is an “incredible patriot who will take the fight to Biden and the radical left media every day.”
He also sounded a message of hope to patriotic Americans that are frustrated with the way the country is headed and promised that the MAGA coalition would stand up to both the RINOs and the leftists, saying:
“We are a nation that has lost its way…but we will soon be a great nation again… it was hard-working patriots like you who built this country and it’s hard-working patriots like you, who are going to save our country. We will stand up to the radical left lunatics and RINOS and we will fight for America like no one has ever fought before. So with the help of everyone here today and citizens all across our land, we will make America…great again.”
During the speech, Trump also teased that he would announce his running again soon, telling the crowd:
“And we’re leading Biden now in all the polls and we’re leading also all Republicans by record numbers. The Republicans are not doing too well. And now, after what happened and watching our country go to hell, we may have to do it again. May just have to do it again. Stay tuned, everybody, stay tuned.”
“And we’re up. We’re way up in this great state. But first we have to win a historic victory for the Republican party. This November, we have to do it. We have to swamp ’em ’cause they cheat like hell among our highest priorities must be to end the nightmare.”
