REPORT: Fox Corp Encourages Employees To Support LGBT Organizations, Uses ‘Woke AI’ To Monitor Employees
Fox Corp. encourages employees to support radical LGBT organizations and uses “woke AI” to monitor employee commitment to DEI initiatives, according to internal documents obtained by Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire.
In a Twitter thread posted Thursday, Walsh shared a screenshot of a Fox employee portal that demonstrated how the company encourages employees to donate to Trevor Project, the Ali Forney Center, and the L.A. LGBT Center. “The Trevor Project, which Fox says is devoted to helping ‘LGBTQ young people,’ hosts a sexually explicit chat room that connects children as young as 13 years old with ‘LGBT’ adults,” Walsh wrote in a tweet.
The Ali Forney Center offers sex change operations to homeless people while the L.A. LGBT Center once posted a video where a girl “surprised” her mother with a gender transition.
Fox Corporation — the parent company of Fox News — heaped praise upon all three organizations.

Fox also encourages employees to read sexually graphic books involving homosexual characters, including one that gives a sexually explicit description of a “glory hole.”
“Do the executives and owners just not know what’s happening in their company?” Walsh asked. “Are they trying to comply with some onerous New York State Law? Do they not care? Do they actually support this nonsense? Fox News’ audience deserves to know.”
Another book that Fox says will “expand your perspective” goes into explicit detail regarding a sexual relationship between two gay characters. In addition to initiatives aimed at adults, Fox is also promoting a “pride rainbow-filled kid’s book with a character who comes out as a unicorn, presumably symbolizing coming out as gay or transgender.”
Walsh went on to report that the policies have been met with resistance from several employees, prompting the company to introduce an AI program to monitor them. Fox executives instructed workers to sign up for Eskalera, an AI program that helps people “engage in activities that will deepen” their “understanding of identity” and “explore more nuanced D&I concepts.”
“Eskalera says it pulls in data from various sources, including the email and payroll systems. It generates a ‘peer comfort index’ and a ‘diversity index,’ based in part on how often employees ‘practice micro-affirmations,’” Walsh said.
