In an old episode of “The View,” Barbara Corcoran made a remark about Whoopi Goldberg’s pant size. Whoopi Goldberg claimed that she didn’t take it personally. “She doesn’t have to apologize, I know her,” Goldberg said in a recent video. “Barbara’s always been funny and weird and that’s who she is… it takes a lot more to offend me.”

WATCH THE JOKE That triggered the audience:

The segment that attracted the most attention and criticism occurred during a show segment centered on “Shark Tank.”

Namely, Emma Grede, the CEO of the clothing company Good American, will be the first Black woman to serve as a guest panelist on “Shark Tank,”. Sunny Hostin praised that idea during the show.

Goldberg said she wanted to try a pair of Good American jeans after hearing positive comments from other guests.

“Will they fit this COVID?” Goldberg asked as she moved her hand up and down to suggest it was the butt area.”Okay, if they fit 3, no, 2 COVID butts, we’ll be fine,” she joked.

Corcoran made a reference to Goldberg’s size. “When you get finished with those jeans and decide you don’t like them, give them to me and I’m gonna make two pairs.”

Navarro defended Goldberg, and everything seemed to end on a positive note.

However, people online accused Corcoran of fat-shaming Whoopi and called her remark offensive.

“‘Shark Tank’ star Barbara Corcoran fat shames the legendary Whoopi Goldberg on national TV,” one of the most commented Twitter posts claimed.

Goldberg was asked if Corcoran should be banned from the show, but she said no and explained, “I’ve known her too long, we’ve known each other 25 years.”

Soon after the show was aired, Corcoran tweeted a video apology to Goldberg.

“I made a joke at Whoopi’s expense, which I now realize wasn’t funny,” Corcoran said. “For anyone who I may have offended unintentionally, I just wanted to say I really am very sorry.”

Corcoran’s executive assistant quoted the entrepreneur, “That’s just like Whoopi – first class all the way!” when asked for comment.

Whoopi Goldberg, co-host of “The View,” hasn’t always been kind to her guests. Related news revealed:

Just another day, another meltdown for Whoopi Goldberg, co-host of ‘The View’ as she began shouting at a Conservative guest this time around. Tara Setmayer, a former Republican who may still have some Conservative values, pushed back during a conversation about gun control. Whoopi did not like that and started shouting at her.

Setmayer said during the conversation: “Listen, I understand that, but it’s not as easy when you have a country that has more guns than people… You’re not going to be able to just ban all the guns.

Whoopi replied: “It is easy, but the things that you could say to people that we don’t say on this show, the things you can wish on people that we don’t wish on this show to people, because we know. We’ve all met people who have had to deal with the death of a loved one at the hands of a gun. And you can say ‘well, I wish they had more mental health checking,’ but people who don’t see the need to remove one gun, one gun! The people who don’t see a need to remove that will never see the need to make sure that people get the help.”
