Fresh off a massive win in a title unification bout against Devin Haney, boxing superstar Ryan Garcia endorsed former President Donald Trump’s re-election bid in a hilarious video.
Garcia met the former president for the first time at Mar-A-Lago on Friday and asked if he could show off his boxing skills. The rising star then proceeded to shadowbox in front of the former president, his youngest son, Barron, and a number of Trump’s associates. He capped off the performance by shouting “Trump 2024.”
The video was posted to X by Garcia on Friday night with the caption “Trump is cool.”
Earlier this month, Garcia solidified himself as one of boxing’s biggest stars when he pulled off a massive upset win over Devin Haney, the former undisputed king of boxing. After wobbling Haney early, Garcia went on to score multiple knockdowns over the course of a 12-round decision victory.
At the end of the day, Garcia walked away with an extra $12 million by betting on himself.
Prior to the fight, Garcia generated headlines by claiming that a number of A-list celebrities who were previously unknown had traveled to notorious human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s private island. During an X Spaces discussion, Garcia claimed that he had evidence linking Oprah Winfrey and academy award winner Tom Hanks to Epstein’s island.
“I got the Epstein’s list if you want me to drop the names… Oprah and Tom Hanks. Who else is on the list, we already know who’s on that list that’s why they are scrambling, they are scared, bro,” Garcia told podcast host Patrick Bet-David.
After defeating Haney, Garcia slammed the media over what he deemed to be negative coverage and once again spoke out against human trafficking.
“All I do is love God and try to help the children and you guys straight hated on me — you guys don’t love the truth,” Garcia said. “I’m putting my f**king reputation on the line for all the kids in the world and everyone’s staying f**king quiet — but me.”
