Tiger Woods Confirms Romance With Trump Family Member

Legendary golfer Tiger Woods confirmed in a social media post on Sunday that rumors of his romantic connection to a Trump family member are true.

Woods, 49, had for weeks failed to confirm or deny speculation that he was in a relationship with Vanessa Trump, a streak he broke with his post on X last evening.

“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts,” the golf phenom wrote. He shared two heartfelt photos with Vanessa, the former daughter-in-law to President Donald Trump.

Vanessa Trump, 47, was previously married to Donald Trump, Jr. The two separated in 2018, and they share five children from their 12-year marriage.

Their oldest, Kai Trump, 17, is a golf sensation in her own right, having previously earned a Division I scholarship to play at the University of Miami despite only being in her junior year of high school.

Kai attends Benjamin School, a private day school in Palm Beach, Florida along with Woods’ two children Sam and Charlie. She and Charlie participated in an high-profile junior golf tournament last week.

Photos of Woods and Vanessa Trump show the two lounging in a hammock, her right hand over his chest, and standing together with arms around one another’s waists.

Woods announced on March 11th that he had ruptured his Achilles heel during play, forcing him out of contention for the upcoming Masters and most likely any competition for the rest of the year, the AP reported.

As perhaps the most celebrated American golfer in history, Woods’ winning record is matched only by his lengthy, and rocky, relationship history. He was married to Elin Nordegren, a former model, from 2004 to 2010. The two split following rumors of an affair by Woods.

In 2013, the golf pro shared photos of himself with alpine ski racer Lindsey Vonn to confirm that the pair were dating. He said at the time that he “wanted to limit the ‘stalkarazzi’ and all those sleazy websites that are out there following us.”

The pair didn’t last, and Woods’s last confirmed relationship with Erica Herman ended in 2022. The pair’s separation included a lawsuit brought by Herman that she eventually dismissed.

News of Woods and Vanessa Trump comes months after her ex-husband confirmed that he is dating Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson, 38. He was previously engaged to ex-fiancé Kimberly Guilfoyle, but the pair split after a tough year together. President Trump appointed Guilfoyle to be the administration’s ambassador to Greece, a plum position that insiders saw as a sort of consolation prize for their failed marriage.
