As the Harris Campaign has stated, the American people will have another opportunity to see both on stage in October,” Fox News president & Executive Editor Jay Wallace and Vice President of Politics Jessica Loker announced on Tuesday night. Fox proposed scheduling a debate in October, aligning with the start of early in-person voting in several battleground states. This proposal floated October 9 in Arizona, October 15 in Georgia, and October 16 in North Carolina.

During the conversation, Doocy brought up Fox News’ letter to both the Trump and Harris campaigns, which offered to hold a second debate in Arizona on October 9, moderated by MacCallum and Baier. Without hesitation, Trump interrupted, saying, “I wouldn’t want to have Martha and Brett.” His response stunned the Fox & Friends hosts, and their surprise was palpable as they attempted to steer the conversation forward.

“I’d love to have somebody else other than Martha and Brett,” Trump added, pointing out that he would prefer hosts like Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters, or Laura Ingraham, well-known figures on Fox News who have often expressed their support for Trump. He specifically praised Watters for his debate commentary earlier that night, saying, “Jesse really got it. Jesse said Trump won that debate. We won that debate by a lot.”
