Trump Says Biden Must be ‘Insane’ or Suffering from ‘Late Stage Dementia’ after Pennsylvania Speech

Donald Trump has launched a tirade of criticism at Biden as the president continually attacked him and Republicans during a speech in Pennsylvania despite previously vowing to unite America.

Posting on his social media platform, Truth Social, the former MAGA president opened fire on Biden, who accused Trump of being a “threat to democracy” during his speech outside Independence Hall in Philadelphia.

He furiously ranted that Biden must be “insane” and questioned whether the elderly president might be suffering from “late-stage dementia” as he slammed what he called an “awkward and angry” speech.

Biden delivered the attack standing on a stage in front of menacing dark red lighting which promoted right-wing political commentator Benny Johnson to question whether the organizers were trying to make Biden “look evil”.

Bobby Burack commented that CNN had attempted to “adjust” the hue of the lighting in their coverage to “make Biden’s blood-red background look pink and less Nazi-like”.

Screwing up his face and pointing his finger like a disgruntled Disney villain, Biden accused Trump of “destroying American democracy” and said that the former president and his millions of supporters are guilty of promoting an “extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic”.

“Equality and democracy are under assault. We do ourselves no favor to pretend otherwise,” snarled Biden.

And that is a threat to this country. Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal.

“MAGA Republicans do not respect the Constitution. They did not believe in the rule of law. They did not recognize the will of the people,” he continued.

“You can’t love your country only when you win.”

Despite having a lot to talk about, from record-breaking inflation levels to an impending recession, Biden only really awakes from his sleepy delirium when he’s belittling Trump or Republicans. It’s the classic ‘if you think I’m bad, he’s worse’ defense.

Polite applause could be faintly detected as Biden delivered his rant, but it was overshadowed by chants of “let’s go Brandon!”

Upon winning the presidency, Biden vowed to unite a polarized America, but he has done nothing save attacking Republicans at every given opportunity.

Republican Senator, Ted Cruz said:

“Tonight, Joe Biden vilified millions of Americans in a divisive & angry speech that was detached from the reality of his political failures. He isn’t actually interested in restoring the soul of the nation, he’s only interested pitting his fellow Americans against one another.”

Trump furiously took to his social media page to urge someone to explain to Biden what ‘MAGA’ means:

“Someone should explain to Joe Biden, slowly but passionately, that MAGA means, as powerfully as mere words can get, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

“If he doesn’t want to Make America Great Again, which through words, action, and thought, he doesn’t, then he certainly should not be representing the United States of America!

“If you look at the words and meaning of the awkward and angry Biden speech tonight, he threatened America, including with the possible use of military force. He must be insane, or suffering from late stage dementia!”
