JUST IN: Trump Changes Course On Election Fraud Report, Will Submit It To The Court

Leading Republican candidate Donald Trump has elected to take the advice of his lawyers and cancel his planned news conference on Monday where he would have presented “[a] Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT” on fraudulent practices in Georgia’s 2020 presidential election. Rather than the court of public opinion, former President Trump will be submitting this report to the court of law in Georgia for their perusal. He vowed to continue fighting “this disgraceful indictment by a publicity & campaign finance seeking D.A.”

Mr. Trump wrote, “[R]ather than releasing the Report on the Rigged & Stolen Georgia 2020 Presidential Election on Monday, my lawyers would prefer putting this, I believe, Irrefutable & Overwhelming evidence of Election Fraud & Irregularities in formal Legal Filings as we fight to dismiss this disgraceful Indictment by a publicity & campaign finance seeking D.A., who sadly presides over a record breaking Murder & Violent Crime area, Atlanta. Therefore, the News Conference is no longer necessary!”

That “publicity & campaign finance seeking D.A.” may have bite off more than she can chew by going after Mr. Trump. Colton Moore (R-GA), a state senator, announced in response to the former president’s indictment that “I am officially calling for an emergency session to review the actions of Fani Willis.  America is under attack. I’m not going to sit back and watch as radical left prosecutors politically TARGET political opponents.” He called for an investigation of the Fulton County Attorney as a first potential step in the impeachment and removal of Willis.

Senator Moore also further declared, “I launched the process to investigate Fani Willis for targeting Donald Trump. No more empty promises. No more talking in circles. The time for action is NOW! We must defund her office… and if appropriate… IMPEACH.”

Vernon Jones (R-GA), a former representative in Georgia’s legislature, said of Senator Moore, “I served in the Georgia House of Representatives with Senator Colton Moore. He’s not afraid of the deep state nor Fani Willis. He’s solid as Stone Mountain. He doesn’t back down, back away or back off. He’s unbought and unbossed. He works for the people. He knows if this can happen with the [Trump indictments], it can happen to you.”

Robert Barnes, who assisted Trump’s Georgia litigation efforts in 2020, wrote of the evidence found that “Whose Georgia ballots were illegally included in 2020? Ballots from dead people, kids, people who moved, people who voted twice, people claiming to live in post office boxes, from ballots whose signatures didn’t match, and counted illegally in secret.”

He also wrote that “Trump filed a detailed election contest in Georgia, verified under oath w/ documented sworn testimony, showing over 100,000 illegal votes were included in the 2020 election certification. The highlighted election contest complaint is available at the link.”

Mr. Biden officially won Georgia by a tiny margin of victory of less than 12,000 votes.
