Tucker Carlson will soon be bringing his unvarnished conservative viewpoints to an arena near you.

The former Fox News host announced on Thursday he plans to take his one-man show on the road beginning in September, elevating his profile and influence in the final months before November’s election. The Western Journal reported that a promotional video from Carlson promised fireworks, prominent guests, and plenty of controversy. “The one thing we know for certain is the United States is going to be one intense place this fall moving into this presidential election,” he said in the 48-second clip. “So we thought what better time to hit the road and see the country.”

On September 7th, Carlson will appear alongside Glenn Beck at Salt Lake City’s Delta Center, giving Utahans a chance to see two conservative heavyweights share their predictions about the future of the MAGA movement and how Election Day will go for former President Donald Trump. Other guests include Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Infowars founder Alex Jones, according to Deseret News.

Since leaving the White House, Trump has maintained friendly ties with Carlson who was even floated as a vice presidential pick by former First Lady Melania Trump. In return, Carlson has used his platform to focus on topics dear to Trump including the January 6th, 2021 riots at the Capitol. After Republicans claimed control of Congress in 2023, former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) made good on a promise to hand over 20,000 of previously unreleased footage to Carlson, who spun much of it into a documentary focused on alleged FBI involvement and exonerating Trump for the violence that occurred.

The Journal added that other guests who will appear throughout the tour include Vivek Ramaswamy, Tulsi Gabbard, Glenn Beck, Dan Bongino, Megyn Kelly, Alex Jones, Kid Rock, Charlie Kirk, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Roseanne Barr and Donald Trump Jr.

Chadwick Moore, a documentarian who wrote Carlson’s latest biography, recalled how the brash host was focused on reevaluating J6 as an opportunity for opponents of Trump to lay the blame at his feet.

“Jan. 6 was a violent insurrection they tell us — and on the basis of that claim, they’ve turned the war on terror against America’s own citizens,” Moore said, describing a monologue Carlson planned to give on his Fox show shortly before he was fired. “We believe that is a false characterization, as we’ve said many times. Jan. 6 was not an insurrection, which is why no one has been charged for that crime. No guns were brought into the Capitol. No plans to overthrow the government have ever been found.

“It was not an insurrection. But there was violence. A Capitol police officer called Michael Byrd executed Ashli Babbit, an unarmed protester, and was praised for doing it by politicians in both parties.”

Several former Capitol Police officers, including Steve Sund and Tarik Johnson, have sat with Carlson for interviews where they pushed back on the narrative that J6 was an insurrection, a characterization at odds with other Capitol officers interviewed by a congressional select committee.
