‘UNCONDITIONAL’: Trump Draws Line In The Sand For Iran Negotiations
President Donald Trump on Friday declared there will be no negotiations with Iran short of total capitulation, warning Tehran that the only acceptable outcome is “UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER!”
Trump issued the blunt ultimatum in a Truth Social post as tensions in the Middle East continue to escalate.
“After that, and the selection of a GREAT & ACCEPTABLE Leader(s), we, and many of our wonderful and very brave allies and partners, will work tirelessly to bring Iran back from the brink of destruction, making it economically bigger, better, and stronger than ever before,” Trump wrote. “IRAN WILL HAVE A GREAT FUTURE. ‘MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN (MIGA!).’ Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
The president’s message signals a hardline stance as the U.S. and Israel continue pressuring Tehran over its nuclear ambitions and regional aggression. Trump has repeatedly argued that the Iranian regime must be fundamentally overhauled before any lasting peace can be achieved, framing the current confrontation as a pivotal moment for the country’s future.

Trump’s ultimatum also comes as China has begun weighing in on the rapidly widening conflict.
China’s top diplomat warned Friday that the growing war risks spiraling into a broader regional crisis, saying Beijing considers the protection of civilians a “red line” as fighting intensifies across the Middle East.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Beijing plans to dispatch a special envoy to the region in an effort to cool tensions after weeks of escalating violence involving Iran, the United States, and Israel.

According to Reuters, Wang has spoken with several Middle Eastern leaders in recent days as the conflict spreads beyond its initial flashpoints.
During a call with Saudi Arabia’s foreign minister, Wang voiced support for Riyadh’s push to resolve disputes through diplomacy rather than military force. China’s foreign ministry said Wang praised Saudi Arabia for encouraging negotiations and working to maintain regional stability as the situation deteriorates.
Wang also held talks with officials from the United Arab Emirates, where he warned about the humanitarian toll of the ongoing conflict. During the conversation, he said the “red line” of protecting civilians must not be crossed and that non-military targets should not be attacked.
The Chinese foreign minister delivered an even sharper message during a call with Israel’s foreign minister, making clear that Beijing opposes the ongoing U.S.-Israeli military campaign against Iran.
According to reports, Wang told Israeli officials that the strikes must stop immediately.
“Force cannot truly solve problems; instead, it often creates new ones and leaves serious long-term consequences. The real value of military power lies not on the battlefield but in preventing war,” he said.
