‘F**k Ron DeSantis’: First Gen-Z Member Of Congress Lashes Out At Paramore Concert

U.S. Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-FL) bolstered his resume for most “stunning and brave” member of Congress by yelling “f**k Ron DeSantis” while on stage with alternative rock band Paramore.

Frost, 26, was invited on stage by Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams, who described him as “the future.”

“F**k Ron DeSantis” and “f**k fascism” shouted Frost after Williams handed him the microphone. Frost later stood by his statement in a tweet, writing, “I said what I said.”

“Do you see this? Do you see the future right here?” Williams asked the crowd after Frost’s cameo.

The Paramore singer recently told her fans that they are not welcome at her shows if they support Florida’s governor. “I’ll be happy to tell you I’m very f–king comfortable talking politics,” Williams told the Adjacent Music Festival crowd in Atlantic City last weekend. “If you vote for Ron DeSantis, you’re f**king dead to me. Is that comfortable enough for anyone?”

Frost, 26, has repeatedly characterized DeSantis and other conservatives as “fascists” in support of “white supremacy.”

“But we have to call it for what it is: He is abusing his power and using the state to target political opponents and political enemies. And there’s a word for that, and it’s fascism, and we have to be honest about it,” the Generation Z congressman said of DeSantis this past March.
