WATCH: Biden Hunches Over And Creepily Whispers Into The Microphone Again

There has been criticism of Biden’s tendency to whisper during public speeches and interactions. Some people have suggested that this behavior is inappropriate or distracting. Well Sleepy Joe was back at it on Friday, bending over to the mic to intimately whisper into it.

While discussing tax rates, Biden said, “When we talk about 28 percent tax rate…” he then leaned into mic and whispered “Ronald Reagan was 28 percent tax rate.”

Ronald Reagan, the 40th President of the United States, did indeed lower the top marginal tax rate from 70 percent to 28 percent during his presidency. This was part of a broader set of tax reforms that aimed to simplify the tax code, promote economic growth, and stimulate investment.

Biden, however, has recently proposed increasing tax rates on the wealthy for 2024 to help medicare and social security costs.
