On Wednesday, Joe Biden once again demonstrated his knack for incoherent speech, leaving many to wonder if he truly is a puppet for the Democratic Party.

During a public speech, Biden’s words seemed to confirm the suspicions as he openly declared, “I also want to thank my buddy Kamala, who I work for up in the White House, for leading on this issue.”
