On Tuesday, Joe Biden went to Manhattan to announce that the Hudson Tunnel Project is a full go. However, during the speech, Biden seemed to suffer from another dementia-induced outburst, and Twitter users were perplexed.
For some reason, Biden screamed in the middle of his sentence, and nobody really knows why.
“There’s nothing we can’t do. Nothing. When the hell has America ever ever ever set a goal that it didn’t reach. When has it ever…name me a time, NAME ME A TIME! When America has gone through a crunch and didn’t come out stronger on the other side,” Biden exclaimed.

“Biden formally announced a nearly $300 million grant for the decades-long project to build a new rail tunnel under the Hudson and repair the existing one that suffered significant damage in 2012 from Hurricane Sandy,” Politico writes.
This federal award will allow developers to install concrete casing in the area, which will preserve the right-of-way for the new two-tube tunnel to connect to Penn Station.
