The Gateway Pundit has obtained footage of the FBI’s raid on the home of Kansas native Chris Kuehne, a decorated Marine Corps veteran who was just sentenced to 75 days in prison for non-violent offenses during the January 6 Capitol protests.

Kuehnle is a 22-year veteran who received numerous medals and awards, including the Purple Heart, a Navy Commendation Medal with Valor, and a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Valor for actions in combat.

On January 6, he entered the Capitol building but did not engage in any violence or destroy any property. He even stopped to pick up trash that was left behind by other protesters, prevented theft of government property, and asked people to leave the building. He also asked a Capitol Police officer if there was anything he could do to help.

For these “crimes,” his home was raided by a team of heavily armed FBI thugs in the early morning hours of February 11, 2021. Chris, his four-year-old son and his wife, Annette, were awoken by the sound of sirens and flashing lights blaring into their home.

Footage shows FBI agents armed with rifles and dressed in tactical gear ransacking the family’s home while Annette was forced to stand outside with the couple’s son. The child could be heard crying as agents continued to stream into the house, while one agent tried to calm him down.

Annette, who was pregnant at the time of the raid, miscarried the couple’s baby a day after the FBI stormed their home.

“The FBI instructed Chris to come outside immediately. Our 4-year-old was awakened from the chaos, and I picked him up and ran downstairs to open the front door. Our house, street and neighboring streets were completely surrounded by armed FBI and law enforcement,” Annette said of the raid.

“It was a scene that we see so many times in the movies, but now it was here at my house! There were three large armored tactical vehicles parked on my front, side and back yard, and police vehicles that extended throughout the entire community. I open the door, and for a second, I didn’t realize that there were about twenty FBI SWAT Team members with semi-automatic rifles pointed at my son and I. We were covered by the bright red lasers pointed at our faces, chests, and various points on our bodies.”

On Friday, Chris Kuehne was sentenced to 75 days in prison and 24 months of supervised release after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor count of “obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder.”
