As he attempted to outline his achievements and future plans for the healthcare system, Biden repeated phrases and struggled to complete his thoughts.
The incident occurred as Biden was elaborating on his administration’s efforts to enhance healthcare accessibility and affordability, a topic he has frequently addressed. However, his message was overshadowed by his apparent confusion.
“Making sure that we’re able to make every single solitary person eligible for what I’ve been able to do with the… COVID, excuse me… with dealing with everything eligible for what I’ve been able to do with the COVID… look, if we finally beat Medicare,” Biden said, trailing off before redirecting his focus.
