WATCH: Joe Biden Malfunctions, Mumbles Incoherently On ‘The View’

It was supposed to be a friendly sit-down. But former President Joe Biden’s appearance on The View quickly turned into an uncomfortable showcase of exactly why many Democrats begged him not to run in the first place.

During a segment intended to highlight his legacy, Biden launched into a halting, repetitive tirade on infrastructure and education—only to trip over his words again and again.

“They’re all the the the… projects, the benefits,” Biden began, before spiraling. “How do you lead the world without having the best infrastructure? How do you lead the world without having the best healthcare in the world?”

“How do you lead the world without having the best education system in the world? How do you lead the world without having the best education system in the world? How do you lead the world when you don’t have that done?” he finished.

The visibly confused moment left even the usually supportive hosts looking uneasy.

In July 2024, Biden officially announced he would not seek re-election following a disastrous debate performance and mounting internal pressure from Democratic leaders. Citing health and stamina concerns, he threw his support behind former Vice President Kamala Harris, who struggled to close the gap against Donald Trump.

Online reactions were swift and brutal.
