Joe Rogan expressed his disgust with Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane for sharing an article that claimed President Biden’s age is his “superpower.” He also took issue with “gaslighting” over the economy, an issue that has consistently produced poor polling results for Biden despite the administration selling a “booming” economy.
“People are constantly trying to figure out a way to manipulate the reality of the world to get their guy past you including high-level gaslighting,” Rogan told podcast guest Chris Williamson. “I mean we’ve seen some wild gaslighting the past couple weeks, talking about the economy. There’s so much gaslighting!”
Rogan then pointed to recent praise of the economy from California Governor Gavin Newsom, who attempted to frame Biden as one of the best presidents in U.S. history. “It’s like hot gas in your face. It’s burning your lungs,” Rogan said.
According to January’s Harvard/CAPS Harris poll, 63 percent of registered voters think the economy is on the “wrong track,” up four percent from December. When asked about the overall strength of the economy, 58 percent of respondents described it as “weak.”
Rogan also pointed to a recent X post from Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, who shared an article dismissing concerns over Biden’s age and mental fitness. MacFarlane shared an opinion piece that claimed Biden’s age was not a weakness, but instead, his “superpower.”

“Come on. That actually sounds like a family guy sketch,” Williamson said of the article.
Rogan agreed, speculating that people shilling for Biden’s economy acknowledge how poorly it is performing in private.
“I was like, this is so crazy. You’re talking about a guy who can’t speak. We all know you’re doing this, you’re gaslighting. And you’re doing it because you think that this is the good side, and the bad side’s bad, and you do whatever you can to change the way people view things,” Rogan went on to say.
