During Tuesday’s White House briefing, Karine Jean-Pierre declined to comment on the ongoing child support trial in Arkansas involving Hunter Biden, the President’s son. Despite being asked about why the Bidens have not acknowledged the child, KJP refused to answer any questions on the matter.
When asked if the President and First Lady were monitoring the trial, KJP simply replied, “I’m not going to speak to that from here.”
When pressed further about why the Bidens have not publicly acknowledged their seventh grandchild, KJP responded, “I’m not going to speak to that.”

Hunter has been in an ongoing legal battle with Lunden Roberts over child support payments for their daughter. During a hearing in an Arkansas court, Hunter’s lawyers argued that he could not continue to pay the current amount of $20,000 per month and is financially strapped.
However, Roberts’ lawyer argued that Hunter is living lavishly and has not provided complete financial details, particularly regarding his art sales. The judge criticized Hunter’s legal team for concealing financial details and ordered them to refile papers, suggesting that a subpoena could be issued to force the gallery to reveal the names of buyers and prices of the art. The judge also ordered both parties to appear for all future court dates and expressed her desire to see the case resolved soon.
On Monday night, Fox News commentator Jesse Watters also criticized Hunter and his request for a reduction in child support payments for his four-year-old daughter. Watters poked fun at Hunter’s financial situation, including his earnings from business dealings in China, Ukraine, and Russia went. He also mocked Hunter’s claim of financial hardship and criticized his lack of transparency regarding his finances and art sales.
