Legal expert Mike Davis has voiced concern over the alleged cover-up of Hunter Biden’s wrongdoing by the Biden Justice Department, stating that if the reports are accurate, the situation could lead to big problems for Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Biden Justice Department.
The whistleblower, represented by a lawyer who sent a letter to Congress, has claimed that a “high-profile, controversial” case managed by the DOJ, believed to be the investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged failure to pay taxes, faced “clear conflicts of interest.” The whistleblower also claimed to have information that contradicted the sworn testimony of a “senior” Biden administration official, who has been identified as Merrick Garland.
Garland’s previous assurances that there would be no political interference in the investigation have been called into question. The allegations have intensified scrutiny on Garland’s actions and statements and raised concerns about the DOJ’s handling of the case.
In an interview, Davis explained that if the allegations were true, the Justice Department could have evidence that Hunter Biden violated a gun law when he lied on his gun application, evaded taxes, and corruptly took foreign money. However, the DOJ is allegedly obstructing the investigation and not allowing US Attorney David Weiss to pursue these charges.
“If you believe the reporting, it sounds like the Biden Justice Department has evidence that Hunter Biden violated a gun law by lying on his gun application, that he evaded taxes and he’s corruptly taken foreign money,” Davis explained.

“And the Biden Justice Department is covering this up and they’re not allowing this US attorney in Delaware David Weiss to have the latitude he needs to pursue these charges and so if that’s true then we have big problems for Merrick Garland’s and the Biden Justice Department.”
Davis’s former boss, Senator Chuck Grassley from Iowa, also expressed concern about the alleged whistleblower and stated that he would not allow the Biden administration to abuse a whistleblower. The Biden campaign has been accused of using political operatives in their cabinet, including Attorney General Merrick Garland and Secretary of State Tony Blinken, to protect the Biden family.
Moreover, the judge in former Trump investigator Mark Pomerantz’s case stated that Congress has the oversight power, and Bragg’s use of federal funds to indict a former president is election interference. Davis believes that Bragg and his office will have to comply with this oversight.
1. Delaware U.S. Attorney, Baltimore FBI, and IRS have evidence to charge Hunter Biden with 4 crimes.
2. Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland testified last month he is not interfering with the investigation.
3. Whistleblower claims Garland is lying?
If true, impeach him. https://t.co/TuxkyyloHR

The allegations against Hunter Biden and the alleged cover-up by the Biden Justice Department are a significant concern for the Biden family.
If the allegations are true, it could lead to legal troubles for Hunter Biden and impact the Biden family’s political career. It is not the first time the Bidens have been accused of corruption and influence-peddling. In 2020, the New York Post published a story about Hunter Biden’s laptop, which linked his father, President Joe Biden, to his business dealings with the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma.
The nation’s highest law enforcement official now stands accused of committing perjury before Congress and weaponizing the Justice Department to serve the interests of the Biden administration. The Biden administration has yet to respond to the allegations.
