WATCH: Police Bodycam Video Shows Gisele Bündchen Crying And In Distress: ‘Trying To Escape’
Miami police have released bodycam footage of a traffic stop involving model Gisele Bündchen where she appeared in visible distress and fear for her safety.
Video from the encounter, first obtained by WPLG Local 10, shows the former wife of retired New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady begging the officer to help her escape from what appears to be paparazzi tailing her vehicle.
“I’m trying to escape from that guy,” Bündchen tells the cop as he hands her a written warning for a moving violation.
“I understand who you are. There’s nothing I can do about that,” he replies.
“But he’s stalking me,” she continued. The officer is then heard encouraging her to file a police report. Moments later, the model begins to cry.
“I’m tired! I have nowhere to go. I have these f****** guys after me, nothing protects me,” sobs Bündchen. “I can’t do nothing! I just want to live my life.”

The officer insists there’s nothing he can do. “I can’t prevent them from doing their job, which is to take pictures.”
Bündchen finalized her divorce from Brady in 2022 shortly after the legendary player finished his 22nd season with the NFL. She provoked further intrigue about her personal life after posting a quote from Brazilian writer Wandy Luz that touched on the themes of personal struggles and resilience.
“You look at a person and can’t imagine the story they carry—the pains, traumas, fears, just as we can’t even imagine how strong, capable, and resilient someone is,” Bündchen posted on her Instagram story.
“Behind smiles and glances are achievements and victories; there are people and moments they overcome and dreams and desires to be achieved.”
The power couple were married for over a decade and share two children, but signs of stress were evident following Brady’s brief retirement from football in 2022. He returned to the gridiron a year later, citing “unfinished business” though he did not add an 8th Super Bowl championship to his legacy during his final season.
Since her split with Brady, Bündchen has been photographed on dates on several occasions. She was spotted dining out with her jiu-jitsu trainer, Joaquim Valente, leading some to speculate they were involved prior to the divorce.
“I really don’t want to make my life a tabloid. I don’t want to open myself up to all of that,” Bündchen told the New York Times in March. She firmly denied any allegations of infidelity, stating, “That is a lie.”
“This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful,” she said. “They have to deal with their communities. They have to deal with their family. Of course for me, it just happens to be a little bit amplified.”
