WATCH: Trump-Hating Actor’s Pants Fall Down On Live TV During Speech: ‘Horrified’

One of Hollywood’s most viciously anti-Trump actors has been caught with his pants down — literally.

“Star Wars” stud Mark Hamill, a bitter opponent of President Donald Trump since his early days in politics, was the victim of falling trousers during a recent British film awards ceremony. The made-for-TV moment unfolded while Hamill appeared on stage at the BAFTA awards show to announce the winner in one of its categories.

One attendee sitting in the front row who witnessed the fashion faux pas up close described Hamill, 73, as “horrified.”

“Mark started speaking, then his suit trousers just dropped to his knees. It was like they were too big for him,” the person told The Sun. “All the big stars, such as Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande, Adrien Brody, would have seen it from their angle. Most guests looked horrified but said nothing.”

The source added: “They were turning to each other wide-eyed as if to say, ‘Did that just happen?’”

In a clip circulating on X, Hamill extols the imaginations of Hollywood’s producers and directors, who tell “stories so powerful that we lose ourselves in them completely.”

Hamill then looked straight into the camera and continued on while frantically grabbing at his trousers, scrunching his jacket as he attempted to hold them around his waist for the remainder of his speech.

Hamill has been a relentless attack dog toward Trump, refusing to leave X as his liberal acquaintances departed for friendlier social media platforms like Bluesky or Mastodon. The irony of the moment was not lost on MAGA users who basked in the schadenfreude.

“So if anyone is wondering how Cuck Mark Hamill is doing, well, he was just on TV with his pants falling down,” Karli Bonne wrote, attaching a video of the incident.

“Father wasn’t done yet,” one viewer replied. He shared an artificial photo of Darth Vader holding a belt, seemingly ready to whip the younger Skywalker with it.

“Use the belt, Luke!” another wrote mockingly.

Despite his iconic performance in the franchise’s three original films and subsequent guest appearances in new iterations, Hamill hasn’t made many other noteworthy screen showings over the remainder of his career. He has spent time on and off Broadway as well, honing his craft in theater and drama productions.

Instead, the actor’s brand has become inextricably tied to Trump, whom he regularly lambasts for his 4.8 million followers. In fact, every single post by Hamill since the election has been political, with the vast majority focused on criticizing the Republican for one thing or another.

He infamously joked about Trump’s “oversized ear bandage” following last July’s assassination attempt.

“How big a bandage do you think is acceptable for getting shot in the head?” he asked on X.

Predictably, the internet piled on.

“It’s so depressing how lame Luke Skywalker is in real life,” wrote Not the Bee.

Radio host Anthony Cumia wrote, “Who could have imagined in 1977 as I left the theater absolutely amazed after seeing Star Wars that 47 years later the hero of that movie would turn out to be a tremendous f***ing a**hole.”
