WATCH: Trump Official Leaps Into Action After Woman Faints At Kentucky Rally

A dramatic moment unfolded during President Donald Trump’s campaign rally in Kentucky when a woman sitting just behind the stage fainted. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Dr. Mehmet Oz then immediately rendered aid, at which point the woman rose to her feet.

The rally took place at a logistics and manufacturing plant in Hebron, located in northern Kentucky, approximately 95 miles from Louisville. Hundreds of supporters attended, with many turning up hours before the president was set to take the stage.

Trump’s visit to Kentucky marked his first public appearance in the state in nearly a decade, excluding a private event tied to the 2022 Kentucky Derby. The stop was part of a multi-site itinerary in the region, including an earlier visit to Thermo Fisher Scientific in nearby Reading, Ohio.

During the rally speech, Trump spoke an length about the upcoming midterm elections and urged attendees who reside in the state’s 4th Congressional District to vote for ex-Navy SEAL Ed Gallrein over the current officeholder, Rep. Thomas Massie. The longtime congressman has repeatedly voted against the president’s signature legislative items, including the Big Beautiful Bill spending package.

He has also teamed up with Democrats to falsely insinuate that the president was involved with Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes despite mountains of evidence to the contrary.

Trump also touted his economic record in Kentucky, which includes U.S. job investments by companies like Ford, Apple, and GE in the state.

Around midway through his remarks, commotion arose when an elderly woman collapsed behind the president’s podium. Spectators began fanning her, and bystanders alerted Trump, prompting him to pause.

He turned to observe the situation and called out, “Is there a doctor somewhere in the building?”

He instructed those assisting to “take their time” and suggested that the event’s sound team play “Ave Maria” while the woman received aid from Dr. Oz and other individuals.

Dressed in a navy jacket, Oz held the woman’s hand, escorted her through the crowd, and provided initial aid. As she regained her footing and was led to safety for further treatment, Oz gave Trump a thumbs-up signal, suggesting she was stable.

It is believed that the woman may have fainted due to heat exhaustion, as the indoor venue was described as humid, according to a report from local outlet WLWT. While the woman appeared to be doing fine after being helped to her feet, exact details on her condition are sparse as of this report.

Wednesday’s incident was not the first time Dr. Oz assisted with someone fainting in the president’s vicinity. Last April, Oz rendered aid after a young girl collapsed during his swearing in ceremony as CMS administrator. The girl was then helped out of the room, while the White House told Newsweek that she was doing fine after suffering from dehydration.
