WATCH: UFC Star Rips LeBron James, Demands Answers On ‘Diddy Party’ Comments
UFC welterweight contender Colby Covington started off his fight week media day by lambasting NBA superstar LeBron James. Covington, an outspoken supporter of President-elect Trump and longtime critic of James, asked him to explain his relationship Sean “Diddy” Combs and his infamous parties.
Combs is currently behind bars while awaiting trial on a number of felony charges relating to human trafficking, sexual blackmail and racketeering. Federal prosecutors allege that many of the rap mogul’s parties were rife with drugging of attendees and sexual assault, which was targeted at individuals Combs sought to control.
In a case filed in New York, Combs has been accused of kidnapping, drugging and coercing women into sexual activities, sometimes through the use of firearms and threats of violence.

On Monday, Covington opted to address previous comments from James, who once said “there ain’t no party like a Diddy party” while live-streaming with Combs, before discussing anything relating to his main event matchup against feared power puncher Joaquin Buckley in Tampa Bay this Saturday.
“I want to ask LeBron, what does he mean by there’s no party like a Diddy party? I truly want to know. And not only that, LeBron, how many Diddy parties have you actually been to? I’m really curious to know,” Covington told the UFC press pool. “And is that the reason you left social media because all the backlash you were getting for going to so many Diddy parties?”
Covington went on to describe the NBA star as “pathetic.”
“People think this guy’s a role model. He wants to defund the police, the most patriot people of America serving and protecting our country,” he continued.
“LeBron, you’re a fu**ing scumbag and I hope you get locked up in the same cell with Diddy.”
In a resurfaced video clip from an Instagram livestream, James told Combs that “there ain’t no party like a Diddy party.”
“Yeah that’s whats up!” an emphatic Combs responded.
James, 40, has yet to comment on the clip after it was discovered by internet sleuths back in September.
