WATCH: Unearthed Video Shows Biden Appear To Freeze Up, Forget He’s Mid-Conversation

In a video circulated on social media, President Joe Biden appeared to momentarily lose focus and forget he was mid-conversation, prompting more discussions about his cognitive health.

The footage, which has garnered attention on X, shows the President engaging with an individual before he seemingly froze and turned away. Captured during a public engagement, the video sparked a wave of backlash concerning the President’s ability to maintain focus during interactions.

“This is what dementia looks like,” wrote one social media user. Concerns about Biden’s mental fitness have been a recurring theme among many Americans, who often cite such instances as evidence of his unsuitability to hold office.

February’s report by Special Counsel Robert Hur highlighted these concerns about Biden’s memory. Hur’s report described him as a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory” with “diminished faculties.”​ While there are three presidential debates scheduled for the 2024 election cycle, with the first one in September, it’s still uncertain whether Biden and former President Donald Trump will face off in any debate.

Last week Biden discussed the possibility of debating Trump during a surprise appearance on the “Howard Stern Show.” In the interview, Biden confirmed that he is prepared to engage in debates with Trump later this year.
