Witch Hunt Continues To Backfire As Another 2024 Poll Shows Trump Destroying Biden By 7%
The Democrats were desperately hoping for the Manhattan DA witch hunt against Trump to cause *some* damage to Trump’s popularity, but it appears to be having the opposite effect. According to a Rasmussen Reports survey, in a hypothetical 2024 presidential election, President Joe Biden would be defeated by both former President Donald Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
The poll suggests that Trump would receive 47% of the vote, and Biden would receive 40%, giving Trump his largest lead yet for 2024.
Rasmussen asked the following questions:
- “If the 2024 presidential election were between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, who would you vote for?”
- “If the 2024 presidential election were between President Joe Biden and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who would you vote for?”

Trump has gained steam over recent weeks in the polls. The indictment has appeared to have the opposite effect that many liberals were hoping for. Even though DeSantis has yet to announce his decision to run for president, Trump appears to be the clear cut favorite for the Republican nominee.
