Betsy DeVos Just Said Joe Biden Allegedly Harassed Her Sexually in a Wheelchair
Former Education Secretary Betsy DeVos claims that resident Joe Biden’s unpleasant physical approach to her when she was in a wheelchair a number of years ago amounted to what is currently considered the legal definition of sexual misconduct.
During an appearance on “The Megyn Kelly Show” on SiriusXM, DeVos mentioned Biden’s new Title IX amendments and shared the “one encounter” she supposedly had with Biden before he chose to run for president.
She said to Megyn Kelly that she was confined to a wheelchair at the time. “I was backstage after speaking, he came up to me, I had never met him before in my life, he came up to me, put his hands on my shoulders, and his forehead on my forehead for several seconds, and had a conversation with me.”
According to the former secretary of education, if Joe Biden had acted in such a manner while attending college, “under his proposed rule, I would have a Title IX sexual harassment allegation to levy against him because of his conduct.“
“I heard from many students who had lesser encounters or lesser situations than what I had to encounter with him, and yet he wants this for college students but will not acknowledge and agree to probes into allegations of much more egregious conduct on his part against other women,” she added.
Just remember that 2 years ago, Joe Biden REFUSED to allow a search in his archives for proof RE: the Tara Reade accusations.
Why? Because certain papers “could be really taken out of context.”https://t.co/hunAQQf2or

Her statement appears to be a reference to Biden accuser Tara Reade, who stated that Biden kissed her, groped her, and penetrated her with his fingers without her permission while she worked for him as a senate staffer in the 1990s. Biden has made it clear that he does not accept Reade’s claims.
DeVos continued, “I’m just using it as an example to say, this administration is so bent on trying to politicize and weaponize a law that was meant to protect women and to give them access to education, not to weaponize it to harm others. I really, really hope that people would speak out against this proposed change to the Title IX regulation because it is going in a really, very negative route.”
Kelly described the alleged behavior of President Joe Biden as “disgusting” and joked, “I don’t even touch foreheads with my husband.” She referred to the encounter as an example of “inappropriate boundary crossing.“
DeVos continued her explanation by saying, “He asked if I had any hardware as a result of my injury and I had broken my pelvis. Then he told me that he had nine screws implanted in his shoulder, but everybody had thought they were in his head.“
DeVos continued by saying that Biden was “doing this” to her while reportedly grabbing her shoulders and pressing his forehead to hers, and claimed she had “nowhere to go to or escape.“
Kelly responded by stating, “So basically you were harassed, which is the legal definition of sexual harassment, by Joe Biden while you were in a wheelchair.“
The Biden administration did not respond to requests for comments by the media.
