BREAKING: Tiger Woods Involved In Rollover Crash
Golf legend Tiger Woods was involved in a crash Friday afternoon in Jupiter, authorities said.
The incident happened just after 2 p.m. near 281 Beach Road on Jupiter Island, where Woods was reportedly caught up in a rollover crash, according to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said the investigation is ongoing and have not released further details.
Sheriff John Budensiek is expected to address the media around 5 p.m., though officials have not yet said where that briefing will take place.
A CBS12 source with Martin County Fire Rescue said the crash involved two vehicles, with one overturning. One person was listed in stable condition, while another declined transport to a hospital. Officials added that there were no reported injuries.

The timing couldn’t be worse for Woods, who had been ramping up his long-awaited return to competitive golf after a string of injuries and surgeries in recent years. The 15-time major winner had been practicing regularly and signaling he hoped to tee it up again in upcoming events, fueling speculation about a comeback season.
Any setback now could throw those plans into doubt. Woods has battled through multiple physical hurdles to stay on the course, and even minor disruptions have historically forced him to scale back or delay appearances. With his schedule already limited, another interruption could sideline him just as he appeared ready to return.
