Comedian Rob Schneider RIPS Disney In Fiery Takedown: ‘Lunacy’

Conservative comedian Rob Schneider, who has garnered headlines more recently for touting his conversion to Christianity, is slamming Disney for catering to the “woke” masses with its latest movies, costing the company nearly a billion dollars as customers head for the exits.

Posting on X, the “Deuce Bigalow” star said the company’s leadership got “financially spanked” after several box office flops that critics have attributed to unnecessary progressive storylines about nonbinary and LGBT characters. It’s all an attempt to keep kids “indoctrinated,” he claimed.

“Disney got financially spanked by American families who don’t want their children indoctrinated by idiotic Woke lunacy. Now they will return once again to being the great entertainment company for ALL Americans,” wrote Schneider.

Accompanying his remarks, Schneider posted a Fox News story detailing how Disney’s leadership admitted in recent financial filings that its foray into the culture wars has hurt its bottom line. Jonathan Turley, a conservative law professor with George Washington University, uncovered that company executives told the Securities and Exchange Commission that “we face risks relating to misalignment with public and consumer tastes and preferences for entertainment, travel and consumer products.”

“Highly unlikely anything will change without a top-to-bottom mouse-house cleaning,” one follower wrote back to Schneider.

“Disney is ideologically infiltrated and saturated. The old time Disney people have been pushed out. Now, it’s just a company of woke idealogues who simply don’t have the ability to see the faults in their ways or how to fix the issue,” wrote another.

Much has been written about Disney’s struggling financial position, especially facing the new terrain among conservative customers willing to boycott the iconic brand as well as others like Bud Light, Skittles, and Target for pushing woke agendas over basic customer service. A recent estimate said the Florida-based company is on track to lose nearly $750 million in 2023, building on massive losses from the previous year.

As one of the rare conservative voices in Hollywood, Schneider has spoken out about the disastrous policies of the Biden administration that he believes are diminishing the futures of his children.

Asked by Glenn Beck, “Are you willing to lose it all for what you believe?” Schneider reacted instantly, saying: “Absolutely. Because if we don’t have it, then we have nothing. I’m not, I don’t care about my career anymore. I care about my children’s, the country they’re going to live in.”

In a follow-up tweet, the comedian pledged to remain a voice for future generations through the 2024 elections.

“I prioritize supporting a country that provides the same Freedoms for my children that made my career possible. This legacy to me is more important to me than the next chapter of my career. Love, Rob.”
