Dan Bongino Updates Fans On Potential Return To His Show
Just days after stepping back into private life, former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino is already signaling a return to the microphone.
Bongino, who served in the Trump administration, told followers Saturday that it was his final day in government service and what he described as his “last post on this account,” capping off a brief but high-profile stint inside the FBI.
“Tomorrow I return to civilian life. It’s been an incredible year thanks to the leadership and decisiveness of President Trump. It was the honor of a lifetime to work with Director Patel, and to serve you, the American people,” Bongino wrote. “See you on the other side.”
Hours earlier, President Donald Trump all but confirmed Bongino’s next move while speaking with reporters, praising his work and hinting that a comeback was imminent.
“Dan did a great job,” Trump said when asked about Bongino. “I think he wants to go back to his show.”
Soon after, Bongino returned to X with a lengthy message to supporters, making clear he has not disappeared for good and that announcements are coming.
“Good to see you all. I missed you,” Bongino wrote. “Thanks for everything while we worked on cleaning up. Working in the administration was the experience of a lifetime. I’ll have some announcements coming up but I’m taking a couple of days to spend with the family.”

He directly addressed speculation surrounding the future of his media operation, telling followers to stay tuned.
“A couple of things: Thank you for your interest in the show and its return date. We will have something for you soon.”
Bongino also offered a glimpse of what he says life inside the Trump administration was really like, describing an intense, results-driven environment.
“The Trump team is not kidding around. It’s an otherworldly experience from the other side. He’s determined and focused. And having been around quite a few Presidents, this one broke the mold.”
The former Secret Service agent did not shy away from his trademark bluntness either, issuing a warning to critics and online agitators.
“If we blocked you, it’s because we care so little about your bullshit that we deem it not worthy of even seeing,” Bongino wrote. “If you’re bitching and whining about it that means you can’t exist without seeing and commenting on ours. You’ll need to get over that.”
He closed the message with a promise of more to come.
“Love you all, and thanks again.”
