Hip-Hop Icon Afroman Releases Song Ripping Hunter Biden
The fortunes of the Biden clan have sunk so low that they have become a punch line for rappers like Afroman.
The rapper behind the 2000 hit “Because I Got High” released a brief remake of his classic, this time adjusting the lyrics to target Hunter Biden and his past addiction to crack cocaine. “Hunter Got High,” released Friday through Baste Records, skewers the embattled son of President Joe Biden over his laptop and cocaine found at the White House.
“Ay yo Hunter, roll up another one of them congressional blunts, brother,” Afroman ledes in an accompanying video that shows a Hunter lookalike smoking with him in the back of a black SUV.
A sample of the lyrics:
“He was gonna get his laptop fixed, but Hunter got high / He wasn’t gonna show all them d*** pics, but then he got high / He should’ve let Hillary bleach his whole hard drive / Hunter got high, Hunter got high, Hunter got high”

Kicking Biden while he’s down, the artist apparently added an Anthony Fauci stand-in to the music video who sits next to the duo while wearing a mask.
Other biting lines target Hunter’s involvement in Ukraine, calling his Burisma scandal “wasn’t part of the plan.” Only by getting high, Afroman raps, was Hunter able to make friends with businessmen in China and former “more LLCs than Jon Gotti’s ex-wife.”
Aides to President Biden have begged Hunter to stay silent about his legal troubles since he appeared at a congressional hearing in December and stormed out after Republicans began questioning him about why he defied a subpoena. The refusal to testify earned him a contempt of Congress charge.
“Look, I think if you’re sitting in the White House right now, you’re like ‘Please, Hunter Biden, we know your dad loves you. Please stop talking in public,’” former Biden spokeswoman Jen Psaki said, slamming her hand on the table during a panel on MSNBC. “This is not helpful for any of them to be out there.”
