On Super Bowl Sunday, Don Jr. shared an epic flashback of Trump sinking the $1 Million qualifying throw at Jim Kelly’s “Stargaze Shootout” in 1992. StarGaze was an annual charity event held by the Buffalo Bills quarterback every year from 1992 to 1995.

The scene is set at Pilot Field in Buffalo, NY with Frank Sinatra’s “New York, New York” blasting in the background. Before the throw, Trump told the reporter that he’s “nervous as hell” with a big smile on his face.

After Trump sinks the throw, a young Chris Collinsworth turns to Trump and asks “HOW DID YOU DO THAT?!”

“I don’t know. I have no idea. Who says there’s not luck in football?”, Trump said. WATCH BELOW:

“In honor of Super Bowl Sunday, watch @realdonaldtrump make the $1M qualifying throw for the “Jim Kelly Stargaze Shootout” at Pilot Field in Buffalo, NY, in 1992,” Don Jr. tweeted.

Although this throw did not ultimately win the million dollars, it helped Trump advance to the next round of throws to win the grand prize. According to Wikipedia, “the object of the Shootout was to throw a football 30 yards into a hole two inches larger than the width of the ball, with the winner splitting $1,000,000 between themselves and the charity of their choice. No celebrity won the $1,000,000 in the history of the events. However, for the final public event in 1995, the Shootout was changed to a 20-yard throw for a trip to Australia. Nate Turner successfully completed the 20-yard throw and won the trip.”
