JUST IN: Special Counsel Robert Hur’s Biden Transcript Confirms SHOCKING Interview Detail
Robert Hur, the federal special counsel investigating President Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents, offered a stark view into the president’s diminishing mental faculties during testimony before lawmakers Tuesday morning.
Hur produced transcripts of his interview with the 46th president, telling a packed congressional hearing how President Biden failed to recall the year his son Beau Biden passed away from brain cancer. RealClearInvestigations reporter Julie Kelly pulled a key quote during the interrogation when aides to Biden stepped in to remind him that Beau died in 2015.
Biden: What month did Beau die? Oh, God, May 30th…
Two people remind him it was 2015.
Biden: Was it 2015 he had died?
Unidentified individual: It was 2015.
According to transcript of Robert Hur's interview with Joe Biden, Biden did not recall the year his son died and had to be reminded.

In the run-up to his testimony, Hur indicated that he would not stray into hypotheticals about the president’s ability to lead, sticking only to the facts of his report and whether Biden willfully concealed his improper taking of classified materials from the White House after serving as vice president.
“My assessment in the report about the relevance of the President’s memory was necessary and accurate and fair,” Hur told the House Judiciary Committee, adding the “report reflects my best effort to explain why I declined to recommend charging President Biden” for his mishandling of classified records.
“Most importantly, what I wrote is what I believe the evidence shows, and what I expect jurors would perceive and believe. I did not sanitize my explanation. Nor did I disparage the President unfairly. I explained to the Attorney General my decision and the reasons for it. That’s what I was required to do,” he added.
Fox News added that the interview transcript appears to contradict President Biden’s assertion that Hur first brought up a question of when Beau died. It appears that Biden referenced the death of his son while talking about his time staying at a Virginia vacation home in 2017.
“So during this time when you were living at Chain Bridge Road and there were documents relating to the Penn Biden Center, or the Biden Institute, or the Cancer Moonshot, or your book, where did you keep papers that related to those things that you were actively working on?” Hur asked Biden.
“This is, what, 2017, 2018, that area?” Biden responded, before later saying “And so what was happening, though – what month did Beau die? Oh, God, May 30th.”
An attorney for Biden quickly reminded him that Beau died several years before that.
