The friendly relationship between the republican senator, Lindsey Graham, and the democratic President, Joe Biden, has seemingly ended drastically. This new development comes after the democratic President decried to the entire world that Graham is a threat to the Biden administration.
The Republican senator who denounced his party to seek favor from the democratic President he described as his friend has now been put in his place. According to his former friend, the President, Graham’s sin, which makes him a threat to the Biden administration and the nation, is that he refused to condemn the MAGA movement. For this reason, the Democratic President has seemingly cut ties with the senator regardless of the relationship they once shared.
Ever since 2015, the republican senator has continually rang praises of Biden in the ears of all Americans. He has boasted nonstop about his great ‘friend’ who he holds dear to his heart.
In what seemed to be an emotional moment for the senator at an event in 2015, he was moved to tears as he mentioned his dear old friend. He said, “The bottom line is, if you can’t admire Joe Biden as a person, that’s probably your problem. You got a problem. You need to do some self-evaluation because what’s not to like?”
In his never-ending praise of his friend, Graham added, “He’s the nicest person I think I’ve ever met in politics. He is as good a man as God ever created.”
While always commending and praising Biden, Graham never forgot to praise even the people close to his dear friend. He once even commented that the then-vice President’s character was impeccable and second to none he had ever seen.
It does not require much effort to understand why Graham never agreed with the former President, Donald Trump. Ever since Trump’s inauguration in 2017, Graham has disagreed with Trump regardless of the situation and was always partial towards him. Perhaps, it would have been smarter for Graham to denounce his party once and for all and become a democrat, as he always moved to support his dear friend.
Unfortunately, their loving relationship ended after the senator tried to give his dear friend some advice. Graham predicted and warned that if Biden’s DOJ attempts “to prosecute President Trump for mishandling classified information after Hillary Clinton set up a server in her basement, there literally will be riots in the street.”
However, this friendly advice was not well received by Biden, who was unreasonably trying his best to see Trump behind bars. The President’s reaction to his friend was that he was an extremist who posed a threat to the nation for giving such advice.
The press asked the White House press secretary to speak about Graham’s comment in light of the President’s claim about the GOP being fascist.
She replied, “So, we have seen MAGA Republicans attack our democracy. We have seen MAGA Republicans take away our rights, make threats of violence — including this weekend. And that is what the President was referring to when you all asked me last week about the semi-fascism comment.”

She continued, “And he was clear — not all Republicans. There are some mainstream Republicans — he mentioned the Governor of Maryland Larry Hogan, and talked about him and what he’s been doing and how he called him out of being that mainstream Republican. But we have seen these MAGA extreme Republicans making these kind of comments, which is dangerous, and this is what we are talking about when Joe Biden … was making his comments.”
Perhaps, the senator has had a rethink of who he considered his friend following this insult thrown at him. Maybe, his eyes have now been opened to see that Biden isn’t the nice guy he considered him to be.
